Where Do I Get Parts For A Schwinn Jogging Stroller

  • wowshopper.com.  They sell Schwinn jogging strollers along with many other Schwinn products.
  • fitz.com.  They too sell many different Schwinn products and accessories.
  • comfortchannel.com offers Schwinn strollers and the parts and repair information.

The above companies are authorized dealers of the Schwinn strollers and can help with many of the stroller issues that could arise.  However, they do not sell parts directly, but have the manufacturers main number listed.  Many times you are able to buy the parts directly from the manufacturer, like in this case, their number is 800-242-6110.

  • harborcountrybike.com.  They sell many of the Schwinn strollers and they do also stock parts for the Schwinn products.  You can order these from them online or you can also call their toll free number 877-410-5150.

Because you are able to contact the manufacturer directly that will typically be the easiest way to go when needing to buy replacement parts and accessories.  However, make sure to have a few key pieces of information on hand when you do make the phone call.

  1. Know the make and model of your stroller.  This will help the phone operator and will make the phone call much more quickly.
  2. If possible have your receipt, you may be under warranty still.
  3. That leads to this next item and that is to have your product warranty as well, so then it may be that the stroller is under warranty you will not have to pay for anything.  Or at least it will not be as much.
  4. Know the store you purchased the stroller from and when you purchased it, if you do not have the receipt.
  5. Be able to clearly tell the manufacturer what the problem is.

Finding parts for Schwinn strollers is not too difficult, since many of the parts can be purchased directly from the manufacturer.  Checking at the store you purchased the stroller from also is a good idea.  They may have a repair center or will exchange the stroller for you.  Many times there are warranty services through the store that the stroller was purchased from.  Always checking at the store is a good idea, only because there are times when the manufacturer and the store already have a repair and warranty plan in place.  However, if all else fails contacting the manufacturer directly with questions or problems is always an option.
