  1. Going to the Instep website, which is www.instep.net, and from there you can call their Customer Service number, which is 800-242-6110.  There is also the email, which is info@instep.net.  Have the name and model number of your stroller available so that you get the exact part that you need.

    • Your warranty may cover a problem you have with your stroller.  When calling the number or contacting the email address above you can make a warranty claim as well.  So, if you have your warranty information, have that available as well.
    • Insteps warranty is for a year from the date of purchase.  Have your receipt and warranty manual even when calling.
    • Currently you can not buy replacement parts online from their website.  You will need to call their Customer Service number.

  2. There are a few different websites that can be called that will order replacement parts for you.  They also offer the Instep phone number and information as well.  However, they are available to answer questions and help you with any stroller problems you may have.

  3. Also, since the wheels are standard inflatable wheels there is always the option of purchasing a tube from a local bike shop or sporting goods store.  The wheels are usually 12" to 14" and when they are inflatable, a replacement tube in the correct diameter will work.  A few online sites that sell Instep strollers and offer replacement parts are:

  4. Lastly, many discount retailers like Target or Walmart now sell bicycle parts.  Which means they have tubes that could fit your stroller.  These stores may be a little lower than some of the specialty bike shops and sporting good stores.  However, they may not have as large of a selection to choose from either.  With discount retailers there is also the added convenience of the hours when they are open and their location.

Whichever store you decide to purchase from, they all have different options depending on your own needs.  If you have an odd sized tube, there is always the option too of checking out eBay and seeing what may be offered there.  Many times sites like eBay have hard to find items and things that can not be anywhere else.

Checking local websites and the newspapers never hurts either, especially if trying to find a tube that fits your strollers needs and size.  Looking where you would never think there would be tubes sold, many times works out to your advantage!
