Summary: When you are pregnant it is very important for you to have at least a general idea from the beginning regarding the changes that take place in your body and the way it reacts to them. Each period of time included in the nice months of pregnancy is equally important so it is good for you to know what kinds of signs of pregnancy you may receive from your body in the third week as well.
Some women say they feel they are pregnant from the first day after the conception and some have the first symptoms after a week when the egg adheres to the uterus and they experience implantation bleed, while other women don’t have any symptoms in their early pregnancy. However, most of the women receive signals from their body starting with week three of pregnancy.
Usually, the symptoms that you feel in the third week of pregnancy can be easily confused with those that characterize the pre-menstrual symptoms. This is why it often happens for a woman to realize that the signals were not describing her next period coming but the pregnancy only after her missed period.
One such symptom is the abdominal cramping, which is very similar to the one you feel before your period. If you experience these cramping along with light bleeding known as spotting then you have great chances to be pregnant. Another symptom that characterizes pregnancy in its third week is frequent urination. Due to the modifications that take place at the reproductive system level, the bladder suffers from changes too so you may feel the need to urinate more often than before and some discomforts.
This will last for several weeks until the fourth month of your pregnancy so be prepared for it. The most obvious sign of you being pregnant is the missed period which happens in most of the pregnancy cases. In case you still have your period while you are pregnant you should visit your doctor because it usually shows the risk of miscarriage.
Being pregnant is not the easiest thing to do as the changes you start to feel will totally overwhelm you. You should however know what expects you and your baby week by week and try to keep the symptoms under control. You will need more time for rest and you will have a different behavior towards food but all this will not matter when you will hold your new born child in your arms.
