The Fisher-Price Rainforest Jumperoo
is simply the best thing ever if you are about five months old. There is so much going on here to keep you’re baby happy and they jump around playing with everything in a safe environment.
Because this is a freestanding there is no doorway required. Once your baby starts to jump he will activate a wonderful world of rainforest music and dancing lights. Above her head there are plenty of stimulating toys to discover and enjoy. They’re spinning toys, there’s toys they get hit, toys they can push and lots of entertainment as they spin around and jump up-and-down.
What Do We Like
Where do you start, I always do lots of research on the Internet on various products before I put them on this website. I must say I’ve had some wonderful fun reading than positive reviews on the Rainforest Jumperoo. In fact, it seems that many of the adults have just as much fun watching their children enjoying themselves which is a really positive factor.

Something I have wanted to do on this website for a long time is to start putting the information on recalled products that potentially harm your baby or child. Most toys nowadays go through stringent testing to ensure that they conform to many different safety standards no matter what country you live in. However, there can be times when for some reason these tests fail to spot the potential problems that may occur.
Just before Christmas World Against Toys Causing Harm (WATCH) issued a list of their top 10 toys that could cause potential harm. If you’re a concerned parent it is definitely something worth keeping an eye on reading up on to see if this could be a potential problem for you.
1. DISNEY-PIXAR WALL-E FOAM ROCKET LAUNCHER
This has been pulled on their lists for potential for eye or other impact injury. Now my children play all types of ball games and nobody was ever issued with warnings for this type of issue. Although W.A.T.C.H. claims that because of the speed of the rocket launches at this time because potential issues.
2. MOON BOARD POGO BOARD
The recommended age for use of these is eight years and older. This can be used to allow a child to attend tricks and special jumps. It does come with safety tips and cautions as there is a cord which connects to the Moon Board to enable you to do tricks. It is recommended that this should only be used in safe areas that are free from obstacles and that children should wear protective to ensure their safety.
3. CURIOUS BABY CURIOUS GEORGE COUNTING – MY FIRST BOOK OF NUMBERS
This is not a very expensive folly and sells for just under seven dollars. However there are potential choking injuries that could be caused. We all know about children’s books for lots of entertainment. However there is a potential here but there were rattle that holds a five wood beads to become loose. If they did dislodge it could have a potential serious risk of choking injuries.
4. THE DARK KNIGHT BATMAN FIGURE
This sells for around $40 and figure itself is 30″ tall and according to WATCH because of its flexible plastic construction of a child fell on the estate will be injured. I’m not really sure about this one but this is what they think.

Wolverine is a bit of a gentle giant if you had seen the movies. Unfortunately our X-Men friend is on the WATCH list because his pop out clause are made from rigid plastic and pulled out the potential of causing eye injury.
6. LOTS TO LOVE BABIES – “mini nursery”
What could really be so potentially harmful with this cute little toy. But, alaas it’s on the list because of the potential choking hazard. The tub comes wi
th a shower attachment which is actually only connected using a tiny plastic cord if this is detached it could cause issues. I must say I agree with this 1% and really do not understand how a designer designing a product like this for a young child could completely missed this.
7. JUST KIDZ JUNIOR MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS
Children love music or potentially young children simply don’t make in this most noise as possible this is definitely something that will appeal to them. However, it comes with a 4″ drumstick that can easily be detached and possibly lead to another choking hazard.
8. CAT “rugged mini”
I really think this is aimed for older children and not something that a child as young as 18 months should use. However, WATCH have taken issue with this because it comes with a solid metal axle that is used to connect two oversized tires. This could potentially cause puncture issues if it is separated from the chassis somehow.
9. PUCCI PUPS MALTESE
The main concern here is that 35″ leash that is connected to the top as it could lead to potential strangulation. There also some issues around the fibre hair which can easy be removed if a baby is teething and they couldn’t possibly choke upon it. The standard limits of any string that comes with a child’s toy is 12 inches of the fact that this is almost 3 times longer is definitely a violation of any safety standards.
10 SPY GEAR VIPER-BLASTER
While young children want to beast boys and superheroes but unfortunately this particular superhero toy could cause potential only increase. The blaster shoot out the darts at a force that could lead to an eye injury. I’m sure there have always been issues with any toy guns but for anything because they can all lead to potential by injuries.
I hope this list is helpful and gives you an insight into the type of issues that a simple little child’s toy can cause. I’m really not sure if some of them are extreme or a little bit over the top. When the sun started shining again it will be time for children to play outside in the garden. Children’s play equipment is always something that they love spending time on and do something that will last for years and years. It’s definitely something that I remember as a child and we had some fun playing with friends and my brothers and sisters.
The Kettler Deluxe 4 Child Multiplay Swingset
is designed for 4 children to play with at the same time to give them ideal time having backyard fun. It comes with 2 board swings and single open station as you can see from the picture over on the left-hand side. It’s made from a high carbon steel frame and has a polyester powder coated finish. This finish ensures that it is durable and has very good resistance to ultraviolet rays to help protect the product when outdoors. This is a safe material and is probably used in 50% of all powder coating used in North America today.
To ensure that it is stable once assembled it comes with tough ground anchors which are included when you purchase.
Things To Note
As with everything you need to read descriptions carefully because the Kettler Deluxe 4 Child Multiplay Swingset only comes with two swings and you need to purchase the glider separately. It actually states this in the description of the product but it’s something that many people actually miss.
Easy To Put Together
While I was researching various different swingsets I came across a number of wodden playsets that many people who have purchased found quite difficult to put together. Many of the reviewers found that it couldn’t take them a few days to assemble. The great thing about this particular playset is that many of the reviewers were able to assemble it within a matter of hours. This is also important because the last thing you want to do is spend time assembling something and in my world the easier the better. If you’re ever unsure of how to do this you should always get as much help as possible from other people because the more hands the quicker you will be able to do it.
I know from first-hand experience of putting backyard equipment together for my children that it can take a little bit of time so if you can find others to help by all means do this.

I really like the fact that this is made from metal and is coated to help it handle any harsh weather conditions from cold to heat. When you are pregnant and trying to find a comfortable position can sometimes be impossible this is where the leachco back ‘n belly pillow
comes in as it offers support for your back and belly at the same time. I never had one of these when I was expecting my children and oh boy I wish I did because as many expecting mothers would realize trying to get a comfortable position whilst trying to sleep come almost be possible. However, a friend of mine has one and I was able to interrogate her (talked nicely) to find out what are the benefits.
She purchased this when she was in first few months of pregnancy and absolutely loved it. This was her second child and on the first one she found it very difficult to sleep because she could not get comfortable. She did however say it’s big and takes up lots of space. She was lucky that she had any spare room in her house because it meant she could simply walk into this room and sleep instead of having the pillow in the main bathroom and disturbing her husband.
Her main issues where she found her hips were aching badly, which meant she was having lots of nights of being unable to sleep. She said she remembers the first night she slept with this and didn’t really expect much both actually turned out to have a fantastic night sleep with no pain. This continued throughout her pregnancy she found it very comfortable to sleep at night time.
What Do We Like
We checked a number of review sites (and my friend) and everybody has positive things to say about this. Many expecting mothers find it very comfortable and sleep through the night without tossing and turning. They find they have a lot less trouble with back pain and hip pain and every other pain that they were experiencing at night time.
Many expecting mothers find it comfortable to use during the evening time may be watching television so it’s something that’s not simply for sleeping it can actually give extra comfort throughout other stages of pregnancy doing other things.

is a beautiful stroller that can be easily folded using one had. This is something I particularly like about Graco as they make it much easier to hold your baby in one arm, bag over your shoulder unfold the stroller easy using your other arm. As a parent you know how difficult it is to achieve this and help me try and balance everything at the same time was struggling with strollers. Graco make this easy.
Seat can be adjusted into two different positions and it also calls which the three point harness safety system. I have used this before in the past I’ve found the stops to be very safe indeed but they can be a bit cumbersome in the beginning and some customers I have read found them quite difficult to use. The truth is they were perfectly and just take a little bit of time to get used to. They are designed so that your child easily open the straps once you are not looking.
The front wheels can be adjusted so that they swivel which makes it easy to maneuver around tight situations like in a store in a mall or you can lock these into position when you are out on long walks. I particularly this feature because it gives you the flexibility to change the matter what location you’re in. The suspension is also a really good feature and works really well so your baby is comfortable in various terrains.

I’m a big fan of Graco and have a number of their products that I use almost on a daily basis. I like the fact that this particular stroller is lightweight and I love to one handed folding mechanism, which is really convenient. The seat cushion is easily removable and washable.
