Boy Baby Shower Centerpieces

This one we used for my niece’s baby shower.  We got a red wagon and used it to stack the gifts in.  We tied blue balloons to the handles and to the axles.  My cousin made a red wagon cake and put cookies decorated to look like gift boxes in the bed of the wagon.  The real wagon was placed on the gift table.

Make or purchase a cookie bouquet with blue and white icing and use it as a centerpiece on the food table.  Depending on the number of guests you may need two bouquets.  When the shower is over the cookies become your shower favors.  Fruit bouquets are also very popular for centerpieces.

Cowboy themes are also common for boy baby showers.  An interesting centerpiece idea is to use a cowboy boot filled with real or artificial flowers to match your color theme.  Make any games you play relate to your overall theme and the mood you want to set for the shower.

Shop around and get the best possible deal on your party supplies such as decorations and tableware.  Don’t forget to get some really cool “it’s a boy” decorations.  The best boy shower centerpiece I ever saw was a “Moses basket” filled with a variety of items including a baby monitor, sleepers, blanket and a children’s bible.  The mom loved it and so did the assembled friends and family.

The centerpiece is the first thing  the guest will notice when they come in, so it needs to be special.
