Jardine baby furniture

Jardine baby furniture is inexpensive but doesn’t have an important endorsement

You may have found Jardine baby furniture when looking for inexpensive baby furniture. Sold almost exclusively through Babies-R-Us online, Jardine baby furniture is not in the JPMA certification program. What does this mean to you?

Remember, just because Jardine baby furniture is not in the JPMA certification program that doesn’t mean it isn’t safe. The JPMA is the Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association. The Certification Program currently includes bassinets and cradles,  bath seats, carriages and strollers, full-size cribs, gates and  enclosures, hand-held infant carriers, high chairs, infant bouncers,  infant swings, non-full size cribs and play yards, portable hook-on  chairs, stationary activity centers, Portable Bed Rails, toddler  beds, soft infant carriers, and walkers.

Jardine baby furniture is not in the JPMA certification program, but it doesn’t mean the items would not past muster if tested. The JPMA program is completely voluntary. While having the JPMA seal gives a baby product a seal of endorsement, and a product with the seal is considered safe, a consumer cannot imply that an item without the seal is unsafe. For people on a budget, the inexpensive furniture available by Jardine is the best route.

If you find Jardine baby furniture to be what fits in your budget, but are worried about the lack of the JPMA seal, look at other options for inexpensive furniture. But, if you do decide on Jardine baby furniture, remember that not having a seal does not equal unsafe.
